Boyfriend has a history of crappy mail service. The latest, last week. He ordered a touch iPod, looked up the tracking number and saw that it had been delivered. Of course he never received a notice, and the iPod wasn't there. He emailed the vendor, who hadn't insured it, but had some magical powers to talk to the right person at the post office and found out that it hadn't been delivered, rather it was still at the PO. Boyfriend called the PO and they said they didn't have it (of course!)but the lady looked in one last spot and found it!

This all happened over about 4 days. The whole time I was thinking to please just let something positive happen. Let it either be insured, show up, the guy send him another. Something, Anything. I really put a lot of thought into the positive energy and it seems to have paid off. I've done this before, too. I ask the universe for something when I or someone really needs it, give reasons for needing and then it's happened. Sound crazy? Well, it's not. Well, not exactly. After all this happened I was flipping through the channels and landed on Oprah. She had experts on this on her show. They said that it can indeed happen. Some people make "vision boards" and focus that way, others write it down, I choose to think about it. I think the key is to ask when necessary and not get petty about it (oh oh, please let me win the $10 million lottery!!). I'm going to start doing this for my mom and really focus. It might take time, but now that I feel like there is something to this, I'm going to give it a real shot.

I know, it's kind of dorky, but hey we all have our little quirks.
