Dangit! I'm sick of Dland giving me an error when I submit something to post! *grumble*

Basically what I want to say is that Christmas was awesome. For the first time in my LIFE I didn't have to travel anywhere-- everyone came to me. Boyfriend and I cooked and hosted and had a great time. It was just my mom, my sister (Gretl) and her boyfriend that came, but that was perfect. We all drank, ate too much, drank some more, played games, laughed and had a really good time. The day wasn't stressful or rushed or anything. I loved being able to relax and not worry about running to the next place.

I think I made out like a bandit-- a nintendo ds and a game from BF (I totally nabbed his that I got him for his birthday... oops, I wasn't expecting to like it) and some great recycled coke bottle earrings. I also got 3 books from sister and her BF and a bigger coffee press from my mom.

All in all it was a great day. I'm happy that we all had fun and got to spend time together. I hope to do it again soon, before the next holiday.
